By accessing or using GoFindOut ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Magna Products Oy (Business ID: FI34651004).

2. Description of Service

GoFindOut is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for travel agencies. The Service allows agencies to create centralized trip pages for their clients, including trip summaries, travel documents, activities, and client communication tools.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • The Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
  • You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
  • Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service
  • Share your account with unauthorized users
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to store or transmit illegal content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

6. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content and that your use of the Service complies with applicable privacy laws when handling client data.

7. Client Data Responsibility

As a travel agency using our Service, you are the data controller for your clients' personal information. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients and ensuring your use of their data complies with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, unless required to retain it by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
